Credit Risk Officer

AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans, we are looking for a Credit Officer.

In this function, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform client and counterparty credit analysis based on the Bank’s Credit Policy and Directives
  • Prepare standard credit applications to the relevant authority level
  • Perform periodic credit reviews
  • Administer credit limits in the core banking system and the relevant credit monitoring applications
  • Monitoring and blocking of the collateral in the core banking system
  • Prepare ad hoc and regular credit reporting
  • Support development of credit risk framework, including policies, procedures, models, and methods
  • Support development of credit management and monitoring tools

For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

  • University graduate with 2+ years in a credit risk management role of a financial institution
  • Exemplary credit risk management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in collateralized lending (transactions with private individuals and corporates). Experience in cash-flow based lending and derivatives is a plus
  • Basic understanding of crypto-currency markets
  • First-hand experience with collateral valuation and rating models
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
