About Role

We are seeking a motivated Global Head of Growth & Partnerships to join our team. We are open to this role being based in Zug, UK, Mumbai or Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all of AMINA Bank’s markets. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services and a good understanding of the crypto ecosystem and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of growth initiatives. 

In this function, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading from the front with a hands-on approach to boosting sales, with a proven track record of enabling acquisitions, engagement and retention  
  • Drive new acquisitions via both outreach and product led marketing 
  • Lead new campaign creation, starting from developing hypotheses and bringing them to life through research, analytics, testing, measurement, and iteration 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to track growth initiatives, optimize campaigns, and improve user experiences. 
  • Curate and grow the leads received via channels to increase the inbound funnel conversion. 
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the bank's offerings and expand market reach.  
  • Build a distributor network for our product offerings and create affiliate channels as a new source for acquisition 
  • Partner with product managers and relationship managers to improve the performance of our on-product and off-product acquisition channels 
  • Build referral programs to increase contribution to the overall new acquisitions 
  • Feed the product team with inputs to improve the product experience for new acquisitions 
  • Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing funnels 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and analyze the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to identify and target new clients.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, IT engineering, and customer relationship management teams to create and implement integrated growth campaigns. 
  • Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and retain a small, high performing team that champions the mission and vision of AMINA. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration. 

For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in driving growth across institutional businesses. 
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front. 
  • Project Management experience is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, and growth hacking techniques.  
  • Digital marketing knowledge would be advantageous. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive user growth and engagement in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. 
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects. 
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies, digital innovation and the future of finance. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Strategy, Innovation & entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree would be beneficial  
  • Experience in financial services, sales is required.   
  • Proven experience in developing a growth and partnerships team. 
  • Reasonable knowledge of banking compliance laws and regulations 
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and strategic thinking. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Fluency in English is necessary. Other languages are a nice to have but not a must have, particularly where relevant to our global footprint (German, French, Mandarin, Arabic)
