We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead.
The Product Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and driving go-to-market strategies for AMINA’s portfolio of products. This role oversees the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for all products and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration. The Product Marketing Lead will manage a product marketing manager, providing leadership and guidance to align the team with the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution to ensure that products resonate with target customers and outperform competitors.
In this function, you will be responsible for the following:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and customer targeting.
- Product Positioning: Develop and refine messaging to highlight product value and appeal to target audiences.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to guide product development and differentiation.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales materials and train teams to enhance product knowledge and conversions.
- Leadership: Mentor the product marketing team, set goals, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Customer Insights: Use customer feedback and market research to refine strategies and meet customer needs.
For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:
- 8-12+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of product marketers, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong skills in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to drive product development and marketing decisions.
- Experience developing and delivering sales enablement tools and training that drive product adoption and sales performance.
- Ability to develop long-term product marketing strategies that align with business goals and respond to market dynamics.
- Proficiency in analysing market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and present to internal teams and executives.
